Meet Kathryn Waggoner


Kathryn Waggoner, founder of Body Lab, has been teaching movement to people of all ages since 1980. A former dancer, she completed her Master's of Fine Arts degree from Mills College in Choreography and Dance and has been teaching dance at colleges and universities throughout California since 1985. Instructors


Dorene O'Malley comes from a background in fitness and personal training. She found Pilates over 7 years ago and has completed the Instructor Training Certification program through Balanced Body University. She has recently relocated to Morgan Hill and looks forward to being a part of the growing Pilates community here.

Lala Moore has been a Physical Therapist for over a decade with experience in the field of orthopedic and sports medicine. She is currently teaching Pilates at Body Lab and offering various types of bodywork as well.
